Order Tracking

Oak & Vey is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oak & Vey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
